We are a small rescue located in Enid, OK and we hope you can find everything you came here for and/or a dog you might like.
Oklahoma Cocker Rescue's mission is focused on saving lives of cocker spaniels and cocker spaniel mixes that are in need. We do on occasion accept other breeds depending on availability of room in foster homes. We can also do courtesy postings on Petfinder stating another animal is available.
We are always looking for homes that can help foster cockers who have been rescued by us until they can be adopted.
Monetary donations are always welcome also. Most rescued dogs have vet bills and/or medical conditions that need taken care of before they are ready for adoption. We do everything we can to help this breed; however, we are limited in resources so any help provided by the public is very much appreciated.
We currently have a few dogs up for adoption. If you are interested in any of these dogs please email us for an adoption application. There are several steps taken to ensure we have the right dog for your family so please be patient. There is also an adoption fee which includes shots being current, the dog being spayed/neutered, and a vet check. All dogs are required to be house dogs. Most will be crate trained by the time they go to their new home unless they are young puppies.
